Itinerary

Day 01Welcome to Singapore — Arrival & First Impressions

Your Singapore family adventure begins the moment you land at Changi International Airport — one of the most celebrated airports in the world. Even before you leave the airport, you’ll notice something different: this is no ordinary transit hub. Changi features indoor waterfalls, butterfly gardens, movie theatres, and play areas — a taste of what Singapore is all about.

Your fleego representative will be waiting at the arrival hall with a name board to transfer you privately to your hotel. Once you’ve checked in and freshened up, the rest of Day 1 is yours to enjoy at a relaxed pace. Take a stroll through your hotel neighborhood, explore a nearby mall, or simply rest after your flight.

Evening at Leisure

Singapore’s neighborhoods each have their own character — Orchard Road is the shopping hub, Little India is vibrant and colorful, and Clarke Quay comes alive at night with restaurants and waterfront cafés. Pick what suits your family’s mood for the evening.

  • Land at Changi International Airport — experience the world’s best airport
  • Meet your fleego representative for private hotel transfer
  • Check in, freshen up, and settle in
  • Evening at leisure — explore nearby areas, malls, or cafés
  • Dinner on your own — try the famous Singaporean Chicken Rice or Indian food at Little India
  • Overnight Stay: Singapore

Day 02Singapore City Tour — Landmarks, Heritage & Culture

After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, today is all about getting a feel for Singapore as a city. You will go on a panoramic city tour covering the most iconic landmarks and culturally rich neighborhoods that make Singapore such a unique destination.

Merlion Park

Your first stop is the iconic Merlion — Singapore’s national symbol. This mythical creature with the head of a lion and the body of a fish stands at the edge of Marina Bay, facing the water. It is the most photographed landmark in Singapore and the perfect first group photo of the trip. The backdrop of Marina Bay Sands in the distance makes it even more spectacular.

Chinatown

Wander through the colorful streets of Chinatown — one of Singapore’s most vibrant heritage districts. Browse traditional Chinese medicine shops, pick up souvenirs from street stalls, and admire the beautifully preserved shophouses painted in rich reds, yellows, and blues. The Sri Mariamman Temple (Singapore’s oldest Hindu temple) is also located here — a meaningful stop for Indian families.

Marina Bay Sands & the Civic District

Drive past the breathtaking Marina Bay Sands — the iconic three-tower hotel with the famous SkyPark on top (you will visit this properly on Day 5). The surrounding Civic District is home to Singapore’s colonial-era buildings, including the old Parliament House and the Victoria Theatre. It’s a fascinating mix of old and new that tells the story of Singapore’s rapid rise.

Singapore Botanical Gardens (Optional)

If your family enjoys greenery and open spaces, the Singapore Botanical Gardens — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — is a wonderful add-on. The National Orchid Garden within is home to over 1,000 species of orchids and is especially popular with families.

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Panoramic city tour with an English-speaking guide
  • Visit Merlion Park — Singapore’s most iconic landmark
  • Explore Chinatown — street food, souvenirs & the Sri Mariamman Temple
  • Drive past Marina Bay Sands & the Civic District
  • Optional: Singapore Botanical Gardens (UNESCO World Heritage Site)
  • Evening free — dinner at Clarke Quay or Boat Quay by the river
  • Overnight Stay: Singapore

Day 03Night Safari — Singapore After Dark

Today is one of the most unique experiences of your entire trip. Singapore’s Night Safari is the world’s first open-air nocturnal zoo, and it is unlike anything you have ever seen. While the morning is free and relaxed, the real magic happens after sunset.

Free Morning & Afternoon

Sleep in, have a slow breakfast, and use the morning to explore independently. Many families enjoy visiting Haw Par Villa (a free, quirky Chinese mythology theme park), the colorful Kampong Glam neighborhood with the Sultan Mosque, or simply shopping at Mustafa Centre — a famous 24-hour department store popular with Indian tourists.

Night Safari — The World’s First Nocturnal Zoo

At dusk, head to the Night Safari, located next to the Singapore Zoo. This is a truly one-of-a-kind wildlife experience. The zoo comes alive after dark, and you will board an open-air tram that winds through seven different geographical zones — from the Himalayan foothills to the African savanna. Over 2,500 animals representing 130 species roam freely in near-natural habitats, visible under specially designed lighting that does not disturb them.

Watch fishing cats prowl, see Malayan tapirs graze, and spot flying squirrels glide between trees — all under a moonlit jungle canopy. The Creatures of the Night show (included) is a fantastic live animal show that children absolutely love. It is an experience that stays with you long after the trip ends.

  • Slow, relaxed morning — sleep in or explore independently
  • Optional: Mustafa Centre, Haw Par Villa, or Kampong Glam
  • Afternoon free for rest or last-minute exploration
  • Evening transfer to Night Safari
  • Open-air tram ride through seven wildlife zones
  • Creatures of the Night live animal show (included)
  • Return to hotel late evening
  • Overnight Stay: Singapore

Day 04Sentosa Island — Cable Car, Aquarium, Wax Museum & Light Show

Today is the most activity-packed day of the trip — and possibly the most fun! The entire day is dedicated to Sentosa Island, Singapore’s premier resort destination. Connected to the mainland by a bridge, cable car, and monorail, Sentosa is home to Universal Studios, beaches, world-class resorts, and several iconic attractions. Your package covers the best of them.

Cable Car Ride to Sentosa

Your Sentosa adventure begins with a scenic cable car ride from Mount Faber or VivoCity. The cable car glides high above the waters of the Singapore Strait, offering sweeping aerial views of the harbor, the Sentosa coastline, and the city skyline behind you. It is a beautiful and memorable way to arrive at the island — especially for kids and photography lovers.

S.E.A. Aquarium

The S.E.A. Aquarium (South East Asia Aquarium) is one of the largest aquariums in the world. It is home to over 100,000 marine animals from more than 1,000 species, all displayed across 49 stunning habitats. The Open Ocean habitat — a massive 36-meter-wide panoramic window — is the showstopper. Stand before it and watch manta rays, sharks, and hundreds of fish glide silently past. Young children and adults are equally mesmerized.

Madame Tussauds Singapore

After the aquarium, head to Madame Tussauds — the world-famous wax museum. Come face to face with incredibly lifelike wax figures of Bollywood stars, Hollywood celebrities, global leaders, and sports icons. The interactive experiences (including a Marvel 4D cinema and Spirit of Singapore boat ride) make this much more than just a photo stop — it is genuinely fun for the whole family.

Wings of Time — Laser & Fire Show

End your Sentosa day on a spectacular note with Wings of Time — a breathtaking outdoor show held every evening at Siloso Beach. The show combines high-powered water jets, laser projections, fire effects, and dramatic music in a 25-minute performance that tells the story of two birds searching for their home. It is the perfect way to close an incredible day on Sentosa, with the entire family watching together under the open sky.

  • Morning transfer to Sentosa Island via Cable Car (tickets included)
  • S.E.A. Aquarium — 100,000+ marine animals in 49 incredible habitats
  • Madame Tussauds Singapore — wax figures, Marvel 4D cinema & more
  • Free time to explore Sentosa beaches or grab lunch at a waterfront café
  • Evening: Wings of Time outdoor laser & fire show (tickets included)
  • Return to hotel after the show
  • Overnight Stay: Singapore

Day 05Gardens by the Bay & Marina Bay Sands SkyPark

Your second-last day features two of the most visually stunning experiences in all of Singapore. After a leisurely breakfast, get ready for an afternoon that moves from the extraordinary world of Gardens by the Bay to the dizzying heights of the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark.

Gardens by the Bay — Flower Dome & Cloud Forest

Gardens by the Bay is one of the most remarkable horticultural attractions in the world. Built on 101 hectares of reclaimed land next to Marina Bay, this futuristic park features the famous Supertree Grove (18-storey-tall tree-like structures that light up at night) and two world-class climate-controlled conservatories.

The Flower Dome is the world’s largest glass greenhouse and replicates the cool-dry climate of Mediterranean and semi-arid regions. Inside, you will find extraordinary flower displays from around the world, changing seasonally. The Cloud Forest is even more dramatic — a 35-metre-tall mountain covered in lush tropical vegetation, with the world’s tallest indoor waterfall cascading down its face. Walking the elevated walkways around the mountain, through mist and orchids, feels genuinely otherworldly. Your package includes entry to both conservatories.

Marina Bay Sands SkyPark — 57 Floors Above Singapore

Round off your penultimate day with a visit to the famous Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck — one of the best viewpoints in Asia. From 57 floors up (200 metres above sea level), you get a panoramic 360-degree view of Singapore’s stunning skyline, the Gardens by the Bay Supertrees, the waterfront, and on clear days — the islands of Indonesia and Malaysia in the distance. Watching Singapore’s lights come on as evening sets in from up here is an absolutely unforgettable moment.

  • Leisurely breakfast at the hotel
  • Afternoon visit to Gardens by the Bay
  • Flower Dome — world’s largest glass greenhouse with global floral displays
  • Cloud Forest — towering indoor mountain with the world’s tallest indoor waterfall
  • Supertree Grove — walk the elevated OCBC Skyway among the giant Supertrees
  • Sunset visit to Marina Bay Sands SkyPark (non-prime hours tickets included)
  • Panoramic 360-degree view of Singapore’s iconic skyline

Use your last hour at the airport to pick up any remaining souvenirs — Changi’s duty-free shopping is excellent. The Jewel Changi (inside the airport) with its indoor Rain Vortex waterfall is worth a quick stop if you have time before boarding.

FAQs

Do Indian citizens need a visa for Singapore?

Yes, Indian passport holders require a Singapore Tourist Visa before traveling. The visa process is straightforward and has a high approval rate for salaried professionals, business owners, and frequent travelers. Processing typically takes 3–5 working days. Our team at fleego can guide you through the entire visa application process when you book your package.

Is this Singapore package suitable for young children and senior citizens?

Absolutely. This itinerary is specifically designed to suit all ages. The pace is relaxed with free time built into each day. All major attractions — Night Safari, Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa, and Marina Bay Sands — are fully accessible by stroller and wheelchair. The Night Safari has a comfortable tram ride (no walking required), and Gardens by the Bay has wide, paved pathways throughout. Senior family members will be comfortable on this trip.

What is the typical Singapore tour package cost from India?

The land package starts from ₹73,000 per person, which includes 5 nights accommodation with breakfast, private airport transfers, SIC sightseeing transfers, and all attraction tickets listed in the inclusions. International airfare and Singapore visa are additional. Return flights from Mumbai to Singapore typically cost ₹15,000–₹30,000 per person depending on season and how early you book. The total Singapore trip cost from India is typically ₹90,000–₹1,05,000 per person all-inclusive.

What is the difference between private transfers and SIC transfers?

Private transfers mean your family has an exclusive vehicle just for you — used for airport pick-up and drop-off. SIC (Seat-in-Coach) transfers are comfortable shared coaches that pick up guests from multiple hotels and take them to the same attraction. SIC is the standard for city sightseeing tours and works smoothly in Singapore. If your family prefers full privacy throughout the trip, we can upgrade all transfers to private at an additional cost.

Is the Night Safari scary for young children?

Not at all! The Night Safari is designed to be family-friendly and immersive, not frightening. The tram ride is slow and comfortable, and the animals are visible in their natural habitats under soft, warm lighting. The Creatures of the Night show features trained animals doing natural behaviors — it is educational and entertaining rather than scary. Children aged 5 and above typically love it. For very young toddlers, parents can decide based on their child’s comfort with darkness and animals.

Can we add Universal Studios Singapore to this package?

Yes! Universal Studios Singapore on Sentosa Island is one of the most popular add-ons for families with children and teenagers. It can easily be added as an extension to Day 4 (Sentosa day) or as an additional day. Just let us know when booking and we’ll adjust the itinerary and include the tickets in your package.

Is vegetarian and Indian food available in Singapore?

Yes, very easily. Singapore is exceptionally diverse in its food culture and Indian food is widely available. Little India (Serangoon Road) is home to dozens of authentic South Indian and North Indian restaurants, many of which are fully vegetarian. Most major hotels, Hawker Centres, and shopping mall food courts also have vegetarian options. You will not have any trouble finding good vegetarian food throughout the trip.

What is the best time to visit Singapore for a family trip?

February to April is generally considered the best time to visit Singapore for a family trip — the weather is dry, sunny, and slightly cooler than peak summer. May to July is also good, though it is peak school holiday season for Indian families so hotels and flights should be booked well in advance. Singapore is a year-round destination, so even trips planned in October or November will be enjoyable — the rains are typically brief afternoon showers.

Can this package be customized for a couple or a group of friends?

Absolutely. While this itinerary is designed with families in mind, it works just as well for couples (it is also a popular Singapore honeymoon package base) and small friend groups. We can adjust the hotel category, add couple-specific experiences like a rooftop dinner or a Sentosa beach evening, or build a customized Singapore group tour package with different activities. Just tell us your group composition and preferences.
